1of1 suits (made-to-measure) are made individually for the customer by appointment only through a fitting. Since each suit is 1 of 1, they are not eligible for return. Necessary fit adjustments are always included in the service during the fitting.
Rose suits include a free fitting after ordering. If the suit is not right for you, you can return it free of charge within 14 days of delivery, as long as the product is unused, undamaged and with all labels and packaging intact.
Tracksuits and jeans have a 14-day return policy from delivery. Returns require that the product is unused, undamaged, and that the labels and packaging are intact. If you would like to exchange for a different size, please indicate this in the return request – the exchange will be shipped once the return has been received.
For lost, incorrect or defective shipments, a replacement product will be shipped once the shipping company has confirmed the loss or error. Please report the incorrect or defective product and return it within 14 days according to our instructions. Please note that certain finishes, such as raw edges, visible seams and hand-dyed fabrics, are part of the product's design and are not defects.
A refund will be issued if the investigation of the lost package takes more than two months and you do not want a replacement product, or if we are unable to produce a replacement product (reasoning will be provided). For in-stock products that are not made-to-measure, we will refund the product price, but shipping costs will not be refunded.
Making a return is easy: send a return request to hasan@thejaguar.fi and include the order number, product, reason for return and any desired size or color. You will receive instructions and a return ID by email. Send the product back within 14 days of delivery according to the instructions.
